Primm
Dr. Barbara R. Primm is a distinguished expert with over twenty years of exemplary leadership in education and business development. She holds a Doctorate in Instructional Leadership with a specialization in Andragogy, complemented by dual Master’s degrees in Educational Leadership and Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, reflecting her exceptional academic and professional rigor. Dr. Primm is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by local, state, and federal certifying agencies, underscoring her commitment to excellence and diversity in business. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, where she actively contributes to impactful service and leadership initiatives.
As a commissioner with the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), Dr. Primm champions advancing high-quality education and professional training worldwide. She is also the founder of Literacy & Education Applied with Purpose (LEAP), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved communities through education and resources.
Dr. Primm serves on multiple boards in leadership roles and facilitates nonprofit courses for organizations like the United Way, the Saint Louis Development Corporation, and various nonprofits across the Saint Louis region. Her passion for fostering growth, equity, and innovation drives her work, making her a distinguished leader in education, business, and community development.
